Description
Battle Merchant - German Medieval One-Handed Sword Combat SK-C
This late medieval one-handed sword was inspired by Hans Talhoffer, a famous German swordsman and fencing master of the 14th century. century.
The unsharpened, hollow-ground back blade (or center rib blade) is made of hardened, heat-treated EN45 carbon steel. It has a rounded tip and thick, blunt cutting edges. The guard and pommel are made of steel, and the wooden handle is wrapped in leather. The blade is continuous up to the hilt and riveted there. The delivery includes a wooden sheath with leather cover. On one side, the opening of the sheath is decorated with a Templar shield motif with a paw cross etched into the leather.
This one-handed sword is perfect for light sparring, reenactment, or decorative purposes.
